  1. What if a stone falls off? (Included in all orders are a small baggie of replacement stones, please contact me via email for instructions).

  2. What is the turn around time for customization? (Normal turn around for all customs are 4weeks, if it is high demand season turn around time maybe longer for larger items. Each turn around time will be quoted)

  3. What if I drop my item, can it be repaired? (If an item is dropped there is a possibility that the item can be repaired, please send a photo for the repair cost.)

  4. Can I put my products in the dishwasher? (NO)

  5. Can I put hot and cold beverages in my cups? (Please see instructions listed for each individual items)

  6. Do you have a frequent shoppers program? (Yes, you earn points for each time you shop, year dollar equals one point when you get to 200 points, 10.00 off your next purchase.

  7. What is my letter limit per item (all personalization items are quoted)

  8. Do you accept deposits (Deposits are accepted for orders over $300.00 only half is due (non-refundable) and final payment is due 2 weeks prior to item due date.)

  9. Return Policy: All sales are final, Invoice is due upon receipt, unless otherwise discussed. I will not customize or pull your order without payment. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice, submission of final payment after proof (via pic/email/text) has been provided serves as agreement of these terms. Your payment also serves as agreement with all terms of service, which include all fees in case of arbitration, or mediation regardless of outcome, including but not limited to, all legal fees, loss revenue due to tarnished reputation, or time dedicated to resolution, business reputation redemption, travel, and postage fees. Company is not responsible for items not delivered provided there is tracking provided, USPS tracking will be provided, and if postal insurance provided by company only amount paid for items will be sent to customer.
